1. Grab some cute travel related scrapbook paper.
2. Grab paint chip board at the craft store... I painted the edges black before attaching the paper.
2. Measure, cut, and glue on the paper... I printed an info tag sheet for the back with name, address, phone, etc. Seal with acrylic spray to weather proof/travel proof the paper.
4. Drill a hole and string cute ribbon for attaching when it dries.
5. Don't forget the cute stickers for wrapping!
