Walmart & HP have a great deal online right now... canvas style prints for $10 off! I'm not a huge Walmart fan, but I consistently use their online photo services. I just tried out the canvas style print for fun. This photo was taken with my 4s which has amazing clarity for a camera on a phone... $9.96 total for a 11x14' print (as if I needed another print in my house!)

Superfood Smoothie
Anyone who knows me, knows that I cannot cook to save my life (luckily I am married to a culinary genius). Just because I can't prep a meal doesn't mean I'm not obsessed with healthy eating, clean food, and preservative-free lifestyle. We all know that organic raw & uncooked veggies are the best way go but they don't exactly make for a yummy snack. My friend Mindy got me hooked on spinach smoothies and ever since I got pregnant (and now breastfeeding), I've been even more obsessed with eating super foods that are high in folate, vitamins and omega 3s. Here's a super quick smoothie recipe I made this morning... 5 ingredients total:
organic baby spinach, organic raw Kale (super food!) and frozen mangoes...
toss in some of your favorite seeds (flax seed, pumpkin seed, or chia seed) for Omega 3s
(I raid the bins at Whole Foods)...
dump all this into some oj and blend up (love my magic bullet) and tada... Super Smoothie!
Side note, make sure your greens are organic since leafy plants have a very high pesticide index.

Green Ikat Bowls
I missed out on these adorable green ikat cereal bowls from anthropologie last summer...
Luckily, I just found a really similar version over at C Wonder. I'm loving the gold dipped rims.
Score! We can never have enough bowls in our house. I feel like I am always going for one in the cupboard and they are all dirty.

Swirl Rug
I NEED this rug! (Ok, 'need' is a little strong, but I really like it). Check out how perfectly patterned and textured it is without being too bold or too neutral. Bonus, it looks great with dark furniture and white accents, which we have downstairs!
Lay Baby Lay
I feel like so many of my friends are announcing pregnancies lately so I thought I'd share these nursery ideas from a very talented designer over at Lay Baby Lay. I love that she strays from the typical pastel nursery and isn't afraid of bold and dark wall color. (I'm partial ever since I painted Ben's walls a very non conventional dark slate gray color.) I can't decide if my favorite is Hang Ten, the Little Prepster or the Little Admiral.

DIY Valentines Day Onesies
I used some of my leftover blank onesies from my baby shower to create some baby boy valentines day outfits:
It's been awhile since I've used my etsy fabric paint and stencils... it was fun to dust it off!
Can't wait to try them on my little cutie.
