My closet (ok, my SIDE of the closet) got a makeover this winter. I took an old 36X48" frame and removed all backing, images, glass, etc. Then I lined the original backing with 12"X12"x1/2" cork board (Target~ 5 for $5) using simple elmer's glue. Then I covered the cork with a beautiful French inscribed coral pattern wrapping paper piece from Papyrus ($4 for a large sheet). Lastly, I cut the extra paper off, placed the frame on the backing, hung it as I would a typical frame, and stuck a million little clear tacks on for hanging jewelry and accessories. Ta-da! No clutter in boxes or on hangers!
